Dhaka Ahsania Mission (DAM) invites applications for the following positions under the Economic Acceleration and Resilience for NEET (EARN) Project. The positions will support field implementation, training, employment and enterprise pathways, community engagement, inclusion, monitoring, finance, procurement and project administration.

Job Location: Mymensingh District: Upazila of Baluka, Dhobaura, Fulbaria, Gafargaon, Gouripur, Ishwarganj, Mymensingh Sadar, Nandail, Fulpur and Tarakanda

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Identify trainees interested in self-employment and entrepreneurship.

• Provide guidance on business planning and startup development.

• Conduct entrepreneurship and financial literacy support sessions.

• Facilitate access to local markets, finance, and resources.

• Support trainees in developing business proposals and link with mentors.

• Link trainees with microfinance, incubation, and support services.

• Monitor progress of self-employed beneficiaries.

• Document success stories and case studies.

• Update enterprise data in MIS.
