Dhaka Ahsania Mission (DAM) invites applications for the following positions under the Economic Acceleration and Resilience for NEET (EARN) Project. The positions will support field implementation, training, employment and enterprise pathways, community engagement, inclusion, monitoring, finance, procurement and project administration.

Job Location: Mymensingh District: Upazila of Bhaluka, Dhobaura, Fulbaria, Gafargaon, Gouripur, Ishwarganj, Mymensingh Sadar, Nandail, Fulpur and Tarakanda

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Lead overall project implementation at Upazila level.

• Coordinate with UCC, Union level CG, local government, and others stakeholders.

• Supervise training centers (VLTCs) and field staff.

• Ensure beneficiary selection, mobilization, and retention.

• Monitor delivery of 360-hour vocational skills training and 120-hour SEB/EDT.

• Ensure MIS data entry, reporting, and documentation.

• Conduct regular field visits and performance reviews.

• Support job placement and enterprise activities.

• Ensure compliance with safeguarding (PSEA), gender, and project policies.

• Project progress Report to central team time to time.
