• Master’s/Bachelor or Diploma in Agriculture.

• Age At most 40 years

• At most 40 years. Age may be relaxed for highly experienced Candidates.

• Additional Requirements

• Good understanding of climate vulnerability and community resilience.

• Strong leadership, team management and interpersonal communication skills.

• Excellent report writing and documentation skills in English and Bangla.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Job Context

SKS Foundation in partnership with ANDHERI HILFE, Germany and Co-Finance by BMZ is going to implement Local Adaptation for Resilience Building (LARB) to Flood Affected Communities in Gaibandha Project. Following positions will be recruited for implementing the project's interventions:

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the SHG members in selecting appropriate IGA interventions,

• Establish demonstrations of agricultural practices, new technology etc.

• Ensure technical support to the women participants for livestock, agricultural activities,

• Select villages for establishing community food bank initiatives,

• Facilitate UFCs access to government service providing offices and private agencies as well for getting services.

• Salary BDT. 36,500- 38,896 (Monthly)

• Others benefits will be as per project budget provision.
