Experience:

• 7 to 8 years

DVM or B.Sc. in Animal Husbandry from any reputed University.

• 7 to 8 years

• Age At least 25 years

• 4–7 years of relevant experience in Contract Broiler Farming, Poultry Operations, Poultry Feed Sales, Technical Service or Integrated Poultry Business.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in managing multiple farms or supervising branch-level operations, with demonstrated leadership exposure.

• Proven ability to manage multiple locations and teams simultaneously.

• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.

• Strong understanding of commercial poultry operations and contract farming practices will be highly valued.

• Drive overall regional profitability and business performance through effective execution of business plans.

• Lead, supervise, coach and develop Branch In-Charges to achieve operational, productivity and financial targets.

• Monitor branch performance through regular field visits, performance reviews and data analysis.

• Ensure consistent implementation of CBF standards, including DOC placement, feed management, vaccination, biosecurity, farm environment control and bird performance management.

• Strengthen farmer onboarding, retention, engagement and productivity improvement initiatives.

• Identify opportunities for business expansion, new farmer development and capacity enhancement within the assigned region.

• Analyze regional and branch-level performance data to identify risks, gaps and improvement opportunities and ensure timely corrective actions.

• Build leadership capability of Branch In-Charges through coaching, mentoring and structured performance management.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, operational standards and applicable regulatory requirements.

• Maintain strong coordination among branches, farmers, support functions and zonal leadership for smooth business execution and timely issue resolution.

• Ensure timely, accurate and meaningful reporting from all branches.
