Responsibilities & Context:
Regularly visit farms to identify aquaculture challenges and provide farmers with accurate advice and information services
Ensure continuous field presence to build a strong service network
Conduct regular dealer/distributor visits and work effectively to achieve sales targets
Build and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and institutional buyers
Assist in data collection and research activities to improve aquaculture services
Support branding initiatives including promotional campaigns, events, and digital marketing
Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure product standards meet market demand
Train and guide field staff or sales agents on product knowledge and marketing techniques
Prepare reports on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
