Experience:
Strong knowledge of poultry/CPF operations, production KPIs and farm management.
Ability to manage multiple branches and supervise Branch Managers and Field Executives.
Good understanding of FCR, body weight, EEF, mortality, farm grades and production costs.
Strong leadership, team management and farmer relationship skills.
Ability to analyze operational and production reports and take corrective action.
Good understanding of inventory management, cost control and SOP compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel extensively and work in the field.
Must have a valid motorcycle driving license and be able to travel independently for field visits.
A. Production & Operations
Ensure branches meet production KPIs: FCR, B. Wt., EEF, Farm Grades, Production Cost within budget.
Finalize weekly chick placement plans branch-wise; submit consolidated hatch plan to management 4 days prior to hatch.
Coordinate with Branch In-Charges/Field Executives for timely and efficient farm capture/lifting.
Ensure minimum 5000 DOC/Executive/Week across branches; monitor rental farm utilization.
Analyze flock performance daily through reports, identify gaps and assist in corrections via visits or video calls.
Maintain daily mortality below threshold (0.2%); intervene proactively in high-mortality farms.
Monitor SOP compliance (cleaning, disinfection, feeding, lighting, litter, ventilation).
Ensure seasonal management practices are followed (summer/winter protocols).
B. Sales, Trader Coordination & Logistics
Optimize bird lifting coordination with traders to ensure same-day or least-cost lifting.
Validate daily sales, price vs. RO rates, weight variations, and accurate billing.
Supervise trader relationships and payment cycles; ensure cash collections and system updates are timely.
Approve stock dispatches, minimize inter-farm transport, and ensure accurate delivery records.
C. Inventory & Cost Control
Ensure vaccine, medicine, and equipment availability across branches.
Monitor branch-level stock inventory; enforce FIFO and hygiene compliance.
Track consumption vs. budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Review petty cash use; verify expense justifications.
D. People Management & Farmer Engagement
Supervise branch executive deployment, leave management, performance and field visit tracking.
Drive field team training (technical, SOP, seasonal issues).
Conduct periodic farmer meetings; resolve grievances; enhance farmer loyalty and reduce dropouts.
Guide branches in reducing E/F grade farms; reward high-performing farmers.
Facilitate recognition and motivation for best-performing staff and traders.
E. Reporting, Documentation & Market Intelligence
Maintain consolidated visual details: placement, performance, cost, mortality, farm grades.
Review and sign off on branch-level reports.
Share competitor intelligence and local market trends.
Ensure documentation: agreements, stock reports, vaccination logs, farm audits.
