Responsibilities & Context:
A Renowned Poultry Company is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Assistant General Manager/ Deputy General Manager for its Commercial Layer Farms to lead large-scale layer operations, ensuring optimum flock performance, sustainable egg production, farm profitability, strict biosecurity and operational excellence.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the overall operation and management of commercial layer farms.
Monitor Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR), egg production %, mortality, livability, egg weight and production cost per egg.
Ensure strict implementation of farms biosecurity & disease prevention.
Develop the team's technical capability and ensure proper manpower planning, duty allocation and discipline
Monitor farms inventory of feed, medicines, vaccines, equipment, eggs and other materials.
Ensure proper maintenance of poultry houses, cages, electrical systems, generators, ventilation, feeding and watering systems.
Submit recommendations to management for improving farm productivity and profitability.
Ensure compliance with company policies, farm SOPs, safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Carry out any other responsibilities assigned by management.
