Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
·Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and market share targets.
·Prepare and present sales and marketing reports, budgets, and forecasts to top management.
·Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team, including area / regional sales managers.
·Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and take corrective actions when necessary.
·Establish sales targets, incentive schemes, and performance evaluation systems.
·Ensure effective distributor, dealer, and retailers management across the country.
·Formulate and execute marketing plans, product positioning, and promotional strategies.
·Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and growth opportunities
·Forecast demand and ensure proper inventory planning and distribution efficiency.
·Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
