Area Sales Manager

Oversee end-to-end sales operations of the company’s products and services within the assigned territory.

Achieve monthly sales targets through effective management of existing customers and development of new business opportunities.

Ensure regular visits to Aftab dealers, competitor dealers, and farmers in accordance with the approved route plan.

Retain all existing dealers and ensure consistent delivery of proper service standards on a monthly basis.

Manage, control, monitor, and supervise the sales team to ensure optimal performance.

Lead and motivate the sales team to maximize customer satisfaction through effective customer support and relationship management.

Organize and conduct dealer meetings, seminars, and farmer programs within the assigned area.

Provide technical support and product guidance to farmers, dealers, and other relevant stakeholders.

Identify gap markets and recruit new agents, including those from competitor networks, to expand market coverage.

Maintain continuous communication with dealers, line managers, and subordinates to ensure clarity on company policies, promotions, and new offers.

Monitor and control credit sales, ensure timely collection, and ensure sales remain within approved credit limits.

Prepare and submit sales reports, visit reports, collection reports, and other required documentation as per management guidelines.

Perform any other duties as assigned by the Department Head from time to time.
