Unique Group is seeking a motivated and responsible Agro Supervisor to oversee daily agricultural activities and farm operations. The supervisor will be responsible for managing farm workers, monitoring crop growth, ensuring proper use of agricultural resources, and maintaining overall farm productivity while gaining practical experience in agricultural management.

• Supervise daily farm activities, including planting, fertilizing, and harvesting.

• Monitor crop growth and ensure proper care of plants.

• Supervise farm workers and distribute daily tasks.

• Ensure proper use of seeds, fertilizers, tools, and equipment.

• Plant new trees and ensure proper maintenance and growth.

• Maintain daily records of production and expenses.

• Sell agricultural products in local markets and maintain proper sales records.

• Maintain daily accounts of sales, purchases, expenses, and cash transactions.

• Ensure proper storage, cleanliness, and safety of the farm and its products.

• Report daily activities, sales, expenses, and operational issues to management.

• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
