Responsibilities & Context:
The position requires working in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts as per the production schedule.
Monitor and control the compost preparation, pasteurization, and mushroom growth rooms by operating appropriate available equipment.
Monitor production conditions and ensure all required parameters are maintained within the specified standards.
Record all production parameters and observations in the approved formats for further evaluation and analysis.
Ensure the proper operation, routine maintenance, and safe handling of all machinery and equipment during the assigned shift.
Identify and report any operational, mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, or production-related issues to the concerned authority.
Coordinate with relevant team members to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production operations.
Maintain proper housekeeping, workplace safety, hygiene, and discipline within the production area.
Ensure effective utilization of machinery, equipment, manpower, and other available resources during the shift.
