Responsibilities & Context:
Work in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts as per production requirements.
Monitor and control compost preparation, pasteurization, and mushroom growth room operations.
Record all required production parameters in the approved format during each shift.
Monitor day-to-day mushroom production activities and report any issues.
Have basic knowledge of farm equipment, including tractor operation.
Supervise agricultural/general workers and ensure assigned work is completed properly.
This is not an office-based job. It is a hands-on production and supervisory role.
Physically strong and mentally resilient candidates will be preferred.
