About the Role

As a CeX Agent, you will be ifarmer's frontline voice for farmers. You'll handle inbound calls and outbound campaigns, answer farmers' questions accurately, and help more farmers adopt ifarmer's services.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and empathetically

• Understand farmers' needs and provide accurate, helpful information on ifarmer services

• Resolve queries at first contact and escalate complex issues appropriately

• Conduct lead verification, follow-ups, and service adoption outreach calls

• Support cross-selling and upselling of relevant ifarmer products and services

• Maintain accurate, timely records in the CRM and dialer systems

• Follow approved SOPs, call scripts, and quality standards

• Take part in training sessions, briefings, and periodic call quality assessments

• Collect customer feedback and recurring issues and pass them to the relevant teams

• Consistently meet productivity, quality, and conversion targets
