• Age At least 24 years

Experience

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in Poultry Feed, Poultry Farming, Feed Sales, or Technical Service preferred.

Requirements

• Good practical knowledge of poultry farming and feed management.

• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.

• Target-oriented and willing to work in the field.

• Willingness to travel extensively.

• Motorcycle riding ability with a valid driving license will be an advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets and develop business within the territory.

• Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and poultry farmers.

• Conduct regular broiler, layer, and breeder farm visits.

• Provide technical support on feed management, FCR, growth, mortality, and flock performance.

• Conduct product trials and monitor farm performance.

• Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market activities.

• Collect customer orders and provide regular market feedback.

• Prepare sales and field visit reports.
