Experience

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in Fish Feed, Aquaculture, Fisheries, Sales, or Technical Service preferred.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of aquaculture and fish farming.

• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.

• Willingness to work in the field and travel.

• Motorcycle riding ability with a valid driving license will be an advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets and develop business within the territory.

• Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and fish farmers.

• Conduct regular fish farm visits and provide technical support.

• Advise farmers on feed management, feeding practices, FCR, growth, and farm performance.

• Conduct product trials and follow up on farm performance.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

• Prepare regular sales and field visit reports.
