BScAg(Hons) with MS in Agronomy/ Horticulture/Crop Botany is preferable.
Proven track record and skills are required to lead big seed production team and hand on experiences on seed potato production.
Responsibilities & Context:
1.Plan and execute seed potato production activities as per company requirements
2. Selection of land and contract growers for seed potato production
3. Selection of won seed production by lease land selection and procurement on rent .
4. Total budgeting for the project and get approval.
5. Production supervision and quality monitoring up to harvesting, storing and dispatching to the sales department through proper grading and bagging .
6.Making close liaison with the controlling authority.
7.Avide all the rules and regulations set by the company.
8.Be prompt responsive both verbally and written against the instructions given by the authority .
9.Be smart and hardworking for the project implementation.
10.Excellent computer literacy in Microsoft Word, excel and power point presentation.
