• Diploma in Agriculture
• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Diploma in Fisheries

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Shrimp, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry, Fisheries, Farming, Livestock, Animal/Plant Breeding, Hatchery, Dairy, Agro based Startup

• Promoting and marketing Fish Pharma Limited products (Aqua medicine & aqua related products) in the assigned territory.

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with farmers , dealers, and retailers.

• Conducting regular market visits and identifying new business opportunities.

• Achieving assigned sales and business development targets.

• Collecting market information, customer feedback and monitoring competitor activities.

• Developing new dealers/customers and strengthening existing business relationships.

• Supporting product promotion, dealer meetings , farmers seminar and various marketing activities.

• Providing product information and customer support when required.

• Preparing regular market visit, sales and activity reports.

• Coordinating with Sales, Technical, Supply Chain and other relevant departments.

• Performing other sales and marketing-related responsibilities assigned by the management.
