Experience:
Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance
Good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
Knowledge of poultry/meat processing machinery and production lines
Knowledge of industrial refrigeration and cold-chain systems
Understanding of PLC, sensors, automation, motors, pumps, compressors, and control systems
Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
Ability to prepare and maintain PM schedules and maintenance records
Strong team leadership and people-management skills
Good knowledge of spare-parts planning and inventory management
Ability to manage maintenance budgets and cost control
Knowledge of occupational health & safety and food-processing hygiene
Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making ability
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and maintenance/ERP software
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergency equipment breakdowns
Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for all slaughterhouse machinery and equipment.
Ensure timely maintenance of poultry processing, slaughtering, chilling, freezing, and packaging equipment.
Supervise maintenance of mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, HVAC, boiler, compressor, and utility systems.
Monitor equipment performance and identify potential failures before they cause production interruptions.
Lead the maintenance team, assign daily jobs, and monitor work quality and completion.
Maintain maintenance schedules, equipment history, breakdown records, and spare-parts inventory.
Analyze recurring equipment failures and implement root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, Engineering, and other departments to minimize production downtime.
Ensure maintenance activities comply with food safety, workplace safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and monitor the maintenance budget, including spare parts, repair costs, service contracts, and equipment replacement requirements.
Working hours: 10 hours + overtime (6 days per week)
Accommodation, meals, Iqama, and transportation will be provided by the company.
Contract duration: 2 years (renewable)
