Education:
B.Sc./M.Sc. in Food Technology, Food Science & Nutrition, Applied Chemistry, Microbiology, Chemistry অথবা সংশ্লিষ্ট বিষয়ে ডিগ্রি।
Food Quality Control/Quality Assurance সম্পর্কিত শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা অগ্রাধিকারযোগ্য।

বিভিন্ন food category-এর quality parameters ও testing requirements সম্পর্কে ভালো জ্ঞান।
BSTI standards and regulatory requirements সম্পর্কে practical knowledge।
Laboratory instruments ও testing procedures সম্পর্কে hands-on knowledge।
COA, Test Report, Specification Sheet, QC Report এবং regulatory documents প্রস্তুত করার দক্ষতা।
MS Office/Excel-এ ভালো দক্ষতা।
Strong analytical, documentation, reporting এবং communication skills।
BSTI inspection/audit ও regulatory authority-এর সঙ্গে কাজ করার সক্ষমতা।
Responsibilities & Context:
Raw materials, finished products and food ingredients-এর quality testing and inspection করা।
Laboratory-তে বিভিন্ন ধরনের food quality, safety and chemical/physical parameters পরীক্ষা করা।
Production process-এর বিভিন্ন ধাপে Quality Control (QC) নিশ্চিত করা।
Laboratory test results অনুযায়ী Test Report, COA (Certificate of Analysis), QC Report ইত্যাদি প্রস্তুত করা।
Food quality ও safety সংক্রান্ত প্রয়োজনীয় documentation and records maintain করা।
Product specification, quality standards এবং applicable food safety requirements অনুযায়ী পণ্য যাচাই করা।
PSD/Regulatory approval-এর জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় documents, test reports, specifications এবং supporting papers প্রস্তুত ও সংরক্ষণ করা।
প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী বিভিন্ন food testing/quality-related papers and documents প্রস্তুত করা।
Non-conforming products/materials শনাক্ত করে সংশ্লিষ্ট department-কে রিপোর্ট করা এবং corrective action-এর জন্য follow-up করা।
Laboratory equipment ও testing instruments সঠিকভাবে ব্যবহার এবং basic maintenance নিশ্চিত করা।
Internal এবং external laboratory testing-এর সঙ্গে coordination করা।
Audit, inspection এবং regulatory requirements-এর জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় QC documents প্রস্তুত রাখা।
নতুন product বা formulation-এর ক্ষেত্রে প্রয়োজনীয় quality testing ও documentation-এ সহযোগিতা করা।
