Job Summary

The Greenhouse Operation Supervisor oversees daily operations in high-tech, controlled-environment greenhouses, managing labor and ensuring efficient production of vegetable crops with consistent quality and yield.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily greenhouse operations for main vegetable crops i.e. tomato, strawberry, pepper, lettuce, and cucumber.

• Organize and supervise daily tasks for greenhouse workers and labor teams.

• Manage hydroponic, irrigation and fertigation programs according to crop type and growth stage.

• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and biosecurity standards.

• Maintain daily operational records and production reports.

• Coordinate with maintenance, logistics, and supply teams.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in agriculture, horticulture, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in high-tech greenhouse vegetable production.

• Demonstrated ability to supervise labor and manage daily greenhouse operations.
