Experience:

• 12 to 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), IT Enabled Service, Garments, Travel Agency, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Real Estate, Group of Companies

• Minimum SSC/HSC qualification; Graduation will be preferred. 

• Must be retired in the Army (Sergent, Warrant Officer/Sr. Warrant) priority will be given.

• Dismissal from the Armed Force will not be accepted.

Job Summary

Nourish Poultry & Hatchery Limited is seeking experienced and disciplined Assistant Officer / Officer (Security) to ensure the safety and security of company personnel, premises, property, and assets. The position will be responsible for supervising security operations, enforcing security protocols, responding to emergencies, and maintaining effective coordination with relevant stakeholders.

 Key Responsibilities

• Support the project/ mills/factory works with the guidance of higher authority in all cases.

• Monitor and control entry/exit points of the premises by the security guards and gate controllers.

• Conduct security checks of vehicles, visitors, and employees as per protocol.

• Report and respond to any suspicious activity, theft, or security breach immediately.

• Assist in maintaining law and order within company premises.

• Ensure administrative works of under commands, fire safety, emergency response, and disaster preparedness measures are followed.

• Maintain accurate records in security registers (visitor log, incident log, etc.) through security in charge/gate controllers.

• Support smooth execution of company events and VIP movements.

• Establish effective communication with local representatives and media personnel and ensure the overall security of the project.
