Experience:

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Diploma in fisheries/ Bachelor degree/ equivalent degree

• Master’s degree preferred

• At least 2 years

• Age At least 25 years

• Outgoing and service-oriented personality.

• Can do attitude.

• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.

• Experience in aquaculture product sales

The territory-level officer performs sales, collection, and promotional activities according to company-prescribed policies and procedures.

• Achieve 100% sales budget of the responsible territory

• Ensure the collection due of 100% customer of the territory

• Appoint customer as per company policy

• Prepare customer category based on the business prospect

• Efficiently handle field problems and maintain a good rapport with customers and end users

• Execute all field promotional activities effectively and successfully i.e., fish farmer/ hatchery meeting, retailer meeting, UFO meeting, etc.

• Daily, weekly, and monthly basis sales, collection, and credit reports to supervisor

TA/DA: As per company policy

Incentive: Collection incentive, product incentive

Festival Bonus: 02                                                                     

Salary Review: Yearly
