This job requires 50% field work and 50% desk job
Responsibilities & Context:
The purpose of this job is to prepare, analyze, and develop product promotional plan, enrich product portfolio through drive sales growth.
Annual and period product demand and supply planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive effective brand animations and brand promotion items prepare.
Prepare the complete marketing budgets for the category and ensure they are managed within the given parameters.
Prepare crop wise product promotional plan to ensure product liquidation.
Visit field to ensure product promotional plan implementation.
Visit marketplace to observe the promo program feedback and for any change adoption required.
Perform market research to enrich product portfolio for upcoming product needs.
Analyze and appraise sales methods, costs, and results.
