Nature's Livestock Limited is looking for an experienced Dairy Farm Manager to oversee day-to-day cattle management, farm sanitation, milk production operations, and staff management at our farm facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily dairy farm operations, including feeding, watering, milking, cleaning, and general cattle care.

• Monitor cattle health, nutrition, breeding, growth, and milk yield; report any health issues to the Farm Manager.

• Ensure proper milking procedures, hygienic milk handling, storage, and quality control standards.

• Supervise farm workers, assign daily tasks, monitor attendance, and ensure operational efficiency.

• Maintain complete farm records regarding milk production, feed consumption, breeding, vaccination, medication, and cattle mortality.

• Coordinate with veterinarians on vaccination, deworming, biosecurity, and disease prevention.

• Monitor feed, supplies, and equipment stock levels to minimize wastage.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance and yield reports for management.
