• BSc in Agriculture from a reputed university

• Age At least 24 years

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in agriculture, contract farming, organic crops, or seed management.

• In-depth knowledge of organic farming techniques, including pest management, crop rotation, and soil conservation.

• Strong hands-on experience in organic farming practices, crop management, and seed production.

• Farm management capability.

·         Develop, implement, and oversee agricultural farming activities to ensure efficient and productive operations.

·         Build and maintain a reliable field-labor team through effective supervision, recruitment, and workforce management.

·         Oversee crop management, including seed selection, soil health management, and pest control.

·         Monitor crop progress, quality, and yield to ensure the achievement of contract targets.

·         Ensure compliance with organic farming regulations and certifications.

·         Conduct regular field visits and provide on-site technical assistance to farmers.

·         Coordinate with the supply chain team for the timely collection and distribution of crops.

·         Maintain detailed records of contracts, field activities, and farmer performance.
