  • Age At least 23 years

• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Good knowledge of real estate market trends, especially in the secondary property market.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience in CRM/database management.

• Candidates with a personal motorbike will be given preference

Responsibilities & Context:
  • • Identify and source properties (apartments and commercial spaces) through.

    • Contact owners and understand property type, location, size, condition, handover time, price expectation, availability and intention.

    • Conduct outdoor activities to find potential properties, communicate with property owners/sellers and generate qualified leads.

    • Assist in the planning and execution of property acquisition strategies under supervision.

    • Conduct preliminary property screening and identify information/document gaps.

    • Explore new acquisition opportunities through market visits, networking and relationship building.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners/sellers to ensure smooth communication and long-term collaboration.

    • Collect market intelligence and monitor competitor activities to support effective acquisition planning.

    • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.

    • Explain Brokerage terms and agreement requirements accurately within approved guidelines.

    • Conduct/arrange property inspection or verification where required.

    • Follow up for agreement execution and outstanding documents.

    • Communicate newly onboarded inventory to the relevant Sales team.

    • Maintain owner relationships and obtain updates on price, availability and status.

    • Review assigned inventory periodically and report aging, withdrawn, sold/rented or unavailable properties.

    • Maintain accurate records by regularly updating lead status, meeting notes, and the property pipeline in the system.

    • Coordinate with CSD and other internal functions where documentation or transaction support is needed.

    • Carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by management as required.
