Responsibilities & Context:

• Lead, manage, and oversee overall depot operations, including feed receipt, storage, dispatch, and reporting.

• Ensure accurate stock management, proper documentation, and strict compliance with FIFO/LIFO practices.

• Monitor and ensure on-time delivery of dealer orders in coordination with transporters and the distribution team.

• Supervise the collection of invoices, handling of challans, and settlement of transporter bills as per company policy.

• Develop and execute delivery schedules to align with sales and dealer demand and company distribution plans.

• Maintain depot infrastructure, vehicle management, and security arrangements.

• Guide and supervise depot staff to achieve efficiency, minimize losses, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly depot reports and submit to Head Office
