Responsibilities & Context:
To prepare work plan for all staff considering house cleaning, house preparation, brooding, growing, pre-playing & laying period.
To achieve departmental KPI set by the company i, g. hatching egg number per hen housed/ DOC number per hen house/ cost of production per hatching egg.
To prepare all technical programs like required equipment calculation, proper equipment setup, feeding program, drinking system etc.
To arrange vaccine program implementation, lighting program, male mixing & replace program, hatching egg management program, dead bird disposal program etc.
To set ventilation program and reviewed based on birds age, season & sudden environmental change.
To ensure biosecurity of the farm as per company standard.
To prepare various production reports for overview the production flow.
Conduct In house training to enhance the skill of Farm staff regularly.
To accomplish any related works assigned by the Management.
