Responsibilities & Context:
The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business performance, market trends, sales data, and operational processes to support strategic decision-making. The role identifies business opportunities, improves efficiency, and provides actionable insights to enhance profitability and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret business, sales, and financial data.
Prepare business performance reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend assessments.
Identify business opportunities, risks, and areas for process improvement.
Develop forecasts, business models, and profitability analyses.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Production teams to improve business performance.
Support budgeting, business planning, and strategic initiatives.
Assist management with feasibility studies for new products, markets, and investments.
Ensure data accuracy and maintain business intelligence databases.
