  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Strong knowledge of production KPIs and data analysis

  • Good documentation and reporting skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets

  • Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and hatchery management/ERP software



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage day-to-day hatchery operations to ensure smooth and efficient production.

  • Plan and monitor egg setting, incubation, hatching, and chick handling processes.

  • Ensure optimum hatchability, chick quality, and production targets are achieved.

  • Monitor hatchery equipment, temperature, humidity, ventilation, and other critical parameters.

  • Implement strict biosecurity, hygiene, sanitation, and disease-control measures across the hatchery.

  • Supervise, guide, and evaluate hatchery staff and ensure proper manpower utilization.

  • Maintain accurate records of egg setting, hatchability, chick production, mortality, wastage, and other KPIs.

  • Coordinate with breeder farms, poultry farms, quality, maintenance, and logistics teams for uninterrupted operations.

  • Identify operational problems, investigate production losses, and take corrective and preventive actions.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, poultry industry standards, occupational safety requirements, and relevant regulatory guidelines.



Job Other Benifits:
    • Working hours: 10 hours + overtime (6 days per week)

    • Accommodation, meals, Iqama, and transportation will be provided by the company.

    • Contract duration: 2 years (renewable)
