Education:

- Age 28 to 40 years
3–6 years of relevant experience in Distribution, Depot Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
Practical experience in SAP transactions, inventory/distribution processes, and basic troubleshooting.
Responsibilities & Context:
Support primary and secondary distribution operations and ensure timely execution of distribution plans.
Coordinate daily distribution activities with depots, factory, warehouse, sales, and transportation teams.
Follow up on vehicle dispatches, deliveries, stock transfers, and proof-of-delivery collection.
Monitor depot stock movement and identify operational issues for timely escalation.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly distribution, transportation, depot, and SAP reports.
Execute and monitor routine SAP transactions related to distribution operations.
Support depot users in resolving SAP and operational issues and provide refresher training when required.
Maintain operational documents, issue trackers, and ensure proper documentation and record keeping.
Ensure compliance with distribution SOPs, SAP procedures, company policies, and audit requirements.
Support business continuity by coordinating daily operations in the Distribution Manager’s absence and providing timely operational updates.
