Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible "Manager- Agro & Business Development” for our Paramount Agro Limited, which is a sister concern of Paramount Group.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage overall operations and business development of agro projects, including livestock, dairy, bakery, greenhouse, fisheries, and other agro-related businesses.

  • Develop business plans, identify new opportunities, and drive growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.

  • Monitor production, quality, cost, sales, inventory, and overall performance of different agro business units.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, business partners, and other relevant stakeholders.

  • Handle local issues and ensure smooth coordination with local government authorities, law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies, and other concerned organizations.

  • Maintain effective liaison with the local community and resolve community-related issues to ensure uninterrupted business operations.

  • Ensure workplace safety, security, and a peaceful working environment across agro business locations.

  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding administration, finance, HR, procurement, security, and operational matters.

  • Lead and supervise relevant teams and ensure effective utilization of manpower and resources.

  • Any other duties assigned by management.
