• Execute daily production plans across sweet corn, pineapple, and mango processing lines, ensuring smooth production flow and achievement of output targets.

• Translate production plans into line-wise and shift-wise schedules, ensuring effective deployment of manpower, machines, materials, and production time.

• Supervise sweet corn receiving, preparation, processing, filling, sealing, sterilization, cooling, and canning activities according to approved process requirements.

• Supervise pineapple and mango operations including receiving, washing, grading, cutting, preparation, drying where applicable, filling, sealing, retorting/sterilization, cooling, and canning.

• Maintain export-grade product quality by ensuring strict adherence to approved SOPs, hygiene standards, process parameters, recipes, and safe canning practices.

• Coordinate with QA/QC teams for in-process inspection, product safety, batch release, traceability, deviation handling, compliance documentation, and audit readiness.

• Monitor yield, production loss, raw material consumption, rejection, rework, line efficiency, and cost-related production indicators; take corrective action where required.

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of processing and canning equipment to minimize breakdowns, downtime, and production interruption.

• Coordinate with Engineering and Utility teams to ensure availability of steam, refrigeration, water treatment, compressed air, and other production utilities.

• Coordinate with Store and Supply Chain to maintain required availability of cans, lids, packaging materials, ingredients, chemicals, additives, consumables, and production supplies.

• Lead production supervisors, line leaders, machine operators, and workers; provide clear instructions and training on productivity, hygiene, equipment handling, quality, and safety.

• Maintain a disciplined, safe, hygienic, and productivity-focused working environment across production areas and shifts.

• Ensure production activities comply with applicable labor requirements, workplace policies, food safety requirements, safety procedures, and company rules.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production reports covering plan versus actual output, downtime, yield, wastage, rejection, manpower, overtime, and KPI performance.

• Identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities, implement corrective actions, and report major production risks, deviations, and improvement recommendations to the Head of Plant.
