Responsibilities & Context:

1. Visit agricultural farms, farmers, dealers, and potential customers to promote the company’s irrigation products and services.

2. Identify customer requirements related to drip irrigation, sprinkler irrigation, and other agricultural irrigation solutions.

3. Collect field information including land area, crop type, row-to-row and plant-to-plant spacing, existing irrigation method, water source, pump capacity, and other technical requirements.

4. Conduct field surveys and prepare irrigation system designs, layouts, and basic technical plans according to crop, land, and water requirements.

5. Assist in irrigation system design calculations, including required pipes, fittings, emitters, sprinklers, valves, pumps, filters, and other necessary components.

6. Prepare and support the preparation of irrigation system proposals, BOQs/material lists, and quotations based on the approved design.

7. Coordinate and assist in the installation, setup, commissioning, and testing of irrigation projects at customer sites.

8. Assist customers and field teams with operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of installed irrigation systems.

9. Generate new leads and maintain regular follow-up with potential customers.

10. Coordinate with the Sales, Technical, and Branch teams for irrigation project execution and customer service.

11. Maintain customer, project, design, and field visit records in the company’s ERP/CRM system.

12. Monitor ongoing irrigation projects and provide regular progress updates to the Branch Manager.

13. Support sales target achievement and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

14. Collect customer feedback and report market conditions, competitor activities, product requirements, and technical issues to the management.

15. Perform any other field-related duties assigned by the management.
