We have expanded our business in deferent location in Bangladesh, that’s why looking for the competent, experienced individuals for its different departments (i.e. Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, Poultry, Dairy & Cattle, Food, Farm, Hatchery, Feed Mill, IT, Purchase, Production, Sales & Marketing and Accounts):

• Must have to responsible of the production department of C. P. Bangladesh Co. Ltd (Farm Unit - 17), Dinajpur

• Look after the Farm Management & Technical Service, farm production, cost control. Farm waste reduction, employee satisfaction & other KPIs, growth management.

• Collaborate with the farm manager in developing and implementing comprehensive production plans, including crop rotations, planting schedules, and livestock breeding programs.

• Analyze production data, such as yields, growth rates, and resource utilization, to identify areas for improvement and optimize efficiency.

• Assist in the development and management of budgets related to production inputs, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

• Oversee the proper operation, maintenance, and repair of farm machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of junior technicians and farmworkers in specific production areas.

• Assist in the training and onboarding of new production staff.

• Contribute to performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

• Must have production technical aspect, cost analysis, management & cost saving, corporate issue and the database of the software.

• Maintain training schedule for subordinate stuff & time to time report to HR dept. Knowledge and understanding of Thai language will be an additional advantage.

Basic Salary USD: 5,000.00, House rent USD: 333.00, Conveyance Allowance USD: 42.00, Medical Allowance USD: 125.00 per month. Bonus: Yearly 02 Festival Bonus and All Service Benefits as per company policy.
