We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our Wake & Bake outlet. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coffee shop operations and will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure excellent customer service is provided, addressing any customer concerns or feedback.
• Manage inventory levels, place orders, and ensure stock is properly maintained.
• Monitor sales, manage cash flow, and achieve financial targets.
• Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and local laws.
• Onboard new items according to customer demand in that area.
