Responsibilities & Context:
Nocfinity is looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities, acquire clients, and contribute to company growth.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
Communicate with local and international clients.
Understand client requirements and present suitable IT solutions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Negotiate and support the deal-closing process.
Maintain sales pipelines and achieve assigned targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project handover.
Your Profile
1–3 years of relevant experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
Good command of English and Bangla.
Target-oriented, proactive, and confident.
IT/Software industry experience will be preferred.
