  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in distribution sales within the fmcg industry or, worked under authorized distributors/ partners.

  • Hands-on field experience in channel sales, distribution management, or HQ experience in operations management.

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with an ability to prepare structured data reports and impactful presentations.

Job Overview:

Mokam CPG, one of the SBU of ShopUp is seeking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join as a Sales Performance Executive.

This role plays a crucial part in overseeing large-scale distribution operations and ensuring seamless execution across multiple distribution points. As a key distributor for leading multinational and top FMCG operators, we are looking for someone with solid experience in FMCG distribution sales and a strong focus on operational excellence.

The ideal candidate should be capable of driving distributor ROI, managing distributor incentive calculations, and generating actionable insights to support management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive maximum profitability of distribution operations through effective incentive and KPI achievement, along with cost optimization initiatives.

  • Monitor daily distribution incentive performance and provide regular updates to management.

  • Resolve distributor-related issues and maintain smooth coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize distribution incentives.

  • Analyze distributor performance and recommend practical, data-driven improvements.

  • Lead process development initiatives to strengthen long-term operational compliance and business hygiene.

  • Prepare and present business cases, reports, and performance analyses using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
