Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Land Management, Public Administration, or any relevant discipline.
HSC pass candidates may apply, provided they have at least 12 years of experience in land, lease, and estate-related activities.
Candidates with relevant training or certification in land administration will get preference.
Strong knowledge of land laws, land records, and documentation procedures in Bangladesh.
Ability to communicate and coordinate with government authorities.
Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
Ability to handle land-related disputes and documentation matters
Job Summary:
The Land Officer will manage and oversee the Company’s land and estate assets, ensuring proper documentation and legal compliance. The role includes coordinating land acquisition, registration, and transfer processes with relevant authorities, maintaining accurate land records, and liaising with government offices, surveyors, and legal teams to address land-related matters and ensure the protection of company properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all company land and estate assets, ensuring proper documentation and legal compliance.
Coordinate land acquisition, registration, and transfer processes with relevant authorities.
Maintain updated records of landownership, leases, and estate-related documents.
Liaise with government offices, surveyors, and legal teams regarding land matters and property disputes.
Monitor and protect company land properties, ensuring proper use, security, and maintenance.
Maintain and organize all land-related documents on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis in the designated land records repository, and regularly update the department head on all related activities and information.
Perform any other duties assigned by management
