Responsibilities & Context:
This is a field-level job.
Candidate will be required to be stationed at branch office and provide technical support to rural poultry farmers.
The company will provide field training, salary, DA, TA/fuel and motorcycle allowances, and accommodation facilities, during the training period.
Upon successful completion of the training, candidates will join as Executive - Technical Services.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit field regularly to monitor existing poultry farms and source new farms.
Ensure Bio Security and Technical services at farm level.
Motivate farmers to increase poultry farm area.
Achieve weekly chick placement target.
Train and educate farmers regarding farm management.
Prepare feed, medicine, vaccine and chicks indent for the assigned farms.
Update farms information in the farm and office book daily.
