This is a field level job

Candidates need to stay at branch offices and provide technical support to rural poultry farmers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit field regularly to monitor existing poultry farms and source new farms.

• Ensure Bio Security and Technical services at farm level.

• Motivate farmers to increase poultry farm area.

• Achieve weekly chick placement target.

• Train and educate farmers regarding farm management.

• Prepare feed, medicine, vaccine and chicks indent for the assigned farms.

• Update farms information in the farm and office book daily.
