Experience:

• 8 to 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

• MBA will be given preference.

• Strong business acumen and leadership skills.

• Excellent planning, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities.

• Good communication skills in both Bangla and English.

• Team player and capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.

• Proficient in MS Office.

• Plan, manage, and monitor feed production activities to ensure production targets are achieved efficiently.

• Prepare and control monthly, quarterly, and annual production budgets.

• Develop production plans and schedules to meet business requirements.

• Monitor production costs and minimize process losses within budgeted targets.

• Ensure feed quality standards and raw material quality are maintained.

• Manage inventory of feed ingredients and support grain procurement and storage activities.

• Review production records, operational reports, and implement process improvements.

• Supervise manpower, employee shifts, and ensure effective team performance.

• Ensure proper maintenance of production equipment and facilities.

• Conduct employee training and support continuous skill development.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
