Responsibilities & Context:

1. Guide and support farms in feed preparation and formulation based on livestock nutritional requirements.

2. Conduct regular farm visits to understand requirements, feeding practices, livestock performance, and product feedback.

3. Demonstrate and explain the benefits, usage, storage, handling, and feeding methods of appropriate hay.

4. Conduct training and awareness sessions for farmers, farm managers, dealers, sales personnel, and other relevant stakeholders.

5. Develop and maintain relationships with dairy farms, livestock farms, government departments and other industry stakeholders.

6. Assist the sales team with product demonstrations, customer queries, and after-sales support.

7. Coordinate and monitor product logistics, stock availability, delivery requirements, and distribution to ensure timely supply to customers.

8. Collect market information on livestock feed demand, customer preferences, competitor products and market opportunities.

9. Maintain records of farm visits, customer feedback, sales leads, training activities, and market development activities and submit periodic reports to management.

10. Perform any other duties related to livestock feed, sales, logistics, and business development as assigned by the Company.
