Experience:

Job Summary:
Nourish Poultry and Hatchery Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Engineer / Engineer – Automated Layer Farm to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of automated farm systems. The role involves operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and monitoring of electrical, mechanical, automation, ventilation, climate control, feeding, drinking, egg collection, manure removal, generators, transformers, solar power, and other utility systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate, monitor, and maintain automated poultry farm, electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
Ensure proper operation of ventilation, climate control, feeding, drinking, egg collection, and manure removal systems.
Maintain generators, transformers, HT/LT panels, ATS/AVR, solar systems, and other power utilities.
Implement preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce breakdowns and equipment downtime.
Quickly troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, automation, and equipment failures and take corrective action.
Monitor and maintain critical spare parts and ensure availability of essential components.
Respond to emergency alarms and power/equipment failures to ensure uninterrupted farm operations.
Monitor equipment performance, energy consumption, downtime, and maintenance costs and recommend improvements.
Maintain maintenance records, equipment history, checklists, and engineering reports.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, manufacturer guidelines, and electrical/mechanical requirements.
Supervise technicians, electricians, mechanics, and maintenance staff for 24/7 farm operations.
Coordinate with farm operations, procurement, stores, IT/automation, REB, vendors, and OEM service teams.
Support installation, commissioning, modification, expansion, and improvement of engineering systems.
