Job Summary:

Nourish Poultry and Hatchery Ltd. is looking for an Assistant Officer/Officer – Quality Assurance to ensure the quality of raw materials and finished feed through laboratory testing and quality assurance processes. The role includes conducting routine analyses, operating laboratory equipment, preparing reagents, maintaining documentation, following laboratory safety procedures, and ensuring compliance with ISO, GMPS, GLP, SOP, and QA/QC standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily proximate analysis of raw materials and finished feed products.

• Ensure quality of raw materials and finished feed through physical, chemical, and analytical testing.

• Preparing test solutions, compounds, and reagents for conducting tests.

• Operate and maintain the Near Infrared Spectroscopy (NIRS) system while following all safety procedures.

• Perform routine laboratory analyses, including NIRS operation, Feed Forensic Imaging, and toxin testing.

• Maintain all laboratory system ISO, GMPS safety and housekeeping requirements.

• Daily Spot Test Analysis (Urease activity, Rancidity, Thiram, NPN, Leather meal, Decomposition, Plant Protein)

• Ensure QAQC during laboratory testing and related activities.

• Prepare and standardize chemical reagents and testing solutions according to SOP.

• Ensure proper documentation, safety protocols, and laboratory equipment calibration according to SOP.

• Ensure discipline and maintain good laboratory practices (GLP) before, during, and after work.

• Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by management.
