Responsibilities & Context:
Establishment of OFD (On Field Demonstration) and Trials allotted for the territory.
Real Time OFD and Trials Monitoring (Data collection and Submission), Data analysis and recommendation.
Demonstration of crops (Farmers Field Day, Spot meeting).
Tracking VNR Brand Farmers Field for results sharing/demonstration and promotional activities.
Findings product USPs for market promotional activities.
Contact with Distributor, Dealer and Retailers in allotted territory for product update.
Making a strong farmer contact and building other company representative contacts.
Coordination with team by knowledge transfer and market information share.
Other duties assigned from time to time.
