Responsibilities & Context:
Receive RM, PM, spare parts, consumables and other materials against approved Purchase Orders (PO), Challans and supporting documents.
Verify quantity, item specification, packaging condition and relevant documents during receiving.
Ensure proper GRN/MRR preparation and system entry.
Ensure accurate stock recording in ERP/software system.
Coordinate with QA/QC for material inspection and approval.
Perform any other task as assigned time to time by the Management.
