• Carry out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment and production machinery.

• Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and identify root causes to minimize production downtime.

• Monitor the condition and performance of critical plant equipment and recommend corrective actions

• Assist in the installation, commissioning, alignment, and modification of new and existing machinery.

• Support spare-parts planning, inventory management and procurement for mechanical maintenance.

• Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Continuous Improvement/Kaizen activities.

• Identify opportunities to improve machine efficiency, energy consumption, reliability, and maintenance costs.

• Coordinate with production teams to plan maintenance activities while minimizing disruption to production.

• Participate in emergency breakdown support and, where required, shift or on-call maintenance activities.
