• Issue VAT-compliant invoices at the time of delivery of finished goods, ensuring compliance with applicable VAT laws and company policies.

• Execute and monitor all VAT-related transactions through the VAT Software, ensuring accurate data entry and proper system documentation.

• Calculate VAT on sales and purchases accurately and maintain all required VAT registers, records, and supporting documentation.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, VAT regulations, and standard operating procedures by implementing best practices in both internal and external VAT processes.

• Prepare and submit periodic VAT returns, reports and other statutory documents within the prescribed timelines.

• Coordinate with Production, Stores, Commercial, Sales and Finance departments to ensure accurate VAT documentation and compliance across all plant operations.

• Assist in VAT audits, inspections, and assessments by preparing required schedules, reconciliations and supporting documents.

• Reconcile VAT data with accounting records, inventory movements and ERP reports, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
