Experience:

• At least 20 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

• Master's degree along with 4-year Undergraduate degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration, or relevant subjects from any reputed university with at least two Ist Divisions/Classes or equivalent CGPA in the academic career.

• Any third class/division or equivalent in any examination will incur ineligibility.

• At least 20 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

• Age At most 55 years

At least 20 years' work experience in financial management of which 08 years' experience in IFAD funded project and or another multilateral development bank's projects/programs;

Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation (PKSF), an apex development organization, was established by the Government of Bangladesh in 1990 for sustainable poverty reduction through employment generation. Since its inception, PKSF has been implementing various poverty-alleviating and employment-generating programs and projects through its Partner Organizations (POs) all over the country.

PKSF has just started implementing ‘Growth for Climate Resilient and Environmental Entrepreneurship and Nutrition (GREEN)’ project jointly financed by IFAD and PKSF. The objective of the project is to sustainably increase income, climate resilience, food security and nutritional status of beneficiary households by enabling healthy diets and improved nutrition behaviors, uptake of technologies and best practices, and enhanced access to capital.
